The first-ever Green-Duwamish River Symposium is aimed at inspiring those working on the watershed’s ecological challenges and social issues through fostering collaboration, building partnerships, and sharing knowledge.
The goals for the conference are to increase attendees’ knowledge about the watershed, particularly regarding what projects their colleagues are doing, gain new perspectives, techniques and methods for one’s project(s), broaden one’s network of relationships and resources, and be inspired with a deeper commitment to improving the watershed’s health.
You can present at the Conference! Proposals are currently being accepted for 10-minute presentations focused on “Building Connections” in the world of conservation, environmental education, restoration, community engagement, and public health.
