Stormwater is a major source of pollution in our lakes, rivers, streams, Puget Sound; yet many people know little about stormwater and its effects on our environment. This "Stormwater 101" facilitated conversation encourages audience participation as we explore the definitions of stormwater and examine stormwater dynamics. We look briefly at stormwater history and policies, and, most importantly, we discuss and identify what each person can do to improve and protect water quality by practicing small acts of stormwater management.
