Roarin' Waters: A Panel Discussion

  • Seattle Aquarium 1483 Alaskan Way Seattle, WA, 98101 United States (map)

What programs are out there to get teen involved with conservation and the environment? How do our current interactions with water effect the health of our community? What an action plan for the future of clean waters would look like?

Join our Teen Voices program as they host a panel discussion on community engagement in water conservation/protection and how teens can get involved with impacting their community. This event will hopefully inspire conversations about how to take action today. Please come with questions, insights, and ideas.

This is an all-ages event and free to attend.

Refreshments will be served.

ABOUT TEEN VOICES
Teen Voices is a work readiness program funded through the Seattle Office of Arts and Culture and the Seattle Youth Violence Prevention Initiative. Teens in this 6-week program have worked to create art about the environment, learn work readiness and life skills, as well as received education about the marine environment. All artwork and panel preparation was done by our teen participants.
